My mission is to help companies who want to address B2B market opportunities and find a way to scale and grow fast. I am passionate about sharing all that I have learnt (and continue to learn) and bring this with energy and positivity, and just a hint of pragmatism.
Being a transformational change agent with significant experience in shaping and leading global B2B sales transformation, I offer recommendations and a host of deliverables that help global and cross-functional teams that work collaboratively to impart lasting change and impact.

I have a huge passion for sales events that really engage, inspire, motivate, as well as educate sellers and sales leaders. I’ve architected and delivered many of these Globally, scaling to thousands of attendees, each better than the previous, each learning and applying feedback to create compelling attendee experience and business impact.
